Top Reasons for Using Burstr

Burstr presents to the user a new form of blogging called a Burst. A Burst is a list of either "best" or "worst" items that the user can create allowing other users to comment on, re-order, or create a response list to. We at Burstr hope you enjoy your time here, and we strive to create the most fun and intuitive experience for you, the user.

   Whether you love or hate a Burst, you have the ability to “Boost” a list to the front page, or “Bust” a list to the back of the line. Just hit the “+ or -” on a Burst lists page to affect it's placement on Burstr.com.

   

   Or you can do the same for individual items within a "Burst List" to change the ranking of each item.

   Disagree with the items in someones list? The “Response List” allows you to take someone’s list idea and create your own list with the same headline.

   

   Once you create the response list it’ll not only appear as it’s own list, but it will also be featured under the “Responses tab” of the original Burst List.

   Comments

   Share your opinion by posting and replying to comments on a list. It's a great way to have a conversation and further expand on existing lists.

   With Burstr.com just hit the “Share” button on a Burst list and you are given the option to bookmark it, email it, or embed it.

   

   With the embed code you can embed a list on any of your favorite social websites such as Facebook, Blogger, Wordpress, etc.

   Like what someone else created? Follow them!

   

   By following a user you can keep track of updates, receive an RSS feed, and see any new lists that they create. It's a great way to discover new lists.
